The lobby of the hotel was absolutely stunning, with its grand and spacious layout. It created a great first impression upon arrival. the overall cleanliness of the hotel was impressive, as every area was well-maintained and tidy. Parking was also convenient, making it hassle-free to come and go as we pleased.
There were a few aspects of our stay that left us feeling less satisfied. the room we were assigned did not offer the desired view we had requested, which was a bit disappointing.

We easily found parking and the check-in staff were friendly and helpful. the rooms were clean and comfortable, although the view wasn't as expected. the bathroom was well-maintained and the provided toiletries were of good quality. the breakfast options were satisfactory and we enjoyed a variety of dishes. the hotel also had an outdoor onsen, although the lukewarm water was disappointing.
The hotel's charging policy for children's meals was a bit confusing and led to disappointment.

The hotel lobby was well-maintained and gave a very grand impression. the cleanliness was an outstanding feature throughout all the areas of the hotel and the parking services provided added a great convenient factor.
The hotel charged me a higher price instead of the kids' price for the children's meals. I faced a lot of hassle getting it corrected as the staff didn't double-check it properly.
